About This Site

This site has been developed around the idea that encountering Jesus and sharing about him should be positive, even exciting experiences. All too often, we encounter those with great passion and zeal to share about Jesus, but whose sharing tends to be negative, condescending, and even manipulative. The intent of this site is to connect you to ideas and resources that will help you share with others in positive, respectful ways.  If you happen to be someone who is trying to find out more about Jesus and what it means to follow him, I hope you will also find something on the site to aid you in your exploration.

My own faith journey is reflected in the choice of content for this site. I actively participate in the Community of Christ. This community has nurtured me as I have grown in my understanding of Jesus and what it means to follow him. But the site draws on other Christian heritages as well with the hope of connecting you to some of the best ideas and resources that are available.

A Disclaimer: While there are links to Community of Christ websites on this site and a portion of the site relates to ongoing Community of Christ church growth efforts, this site is not sponsored by nor supported by the Community of Christ. It is a website that has arisen out of my personal interest in finding more effective ways of helping people encounter and follow Jesus Christ.
